Public Performance License Terms at a Glance

• Includes a download of the film in HD or 4K
• Includes access to promotional materials, including the poster, trailer, and EPK
• Includes a 1-year public performance license
• You may show the film unlimited times during the 1-year term
• License is valid for one organization and one physical location only (plus virtual/online screenings)
• Screenings may be held in person at your licensed location
• Virtual screenings are allowed for internal or invited audiences only, as long as access is password-protected or otherwise secure
• Virtual screenings must be scheduled events only; the film may not be offered as on-demand viewing or public streaming
• You may charge admission only with our prior written approval
• The film file may not be shared, sublicensed, uploaded publicly, modified, or distributed outside your organization
• The license is non-transferable and non-refundable
• Continued use after the 1-year term requires a license renewal
• All use is subject to the full Public Performance License Agreement / Terms & Conditions
